That isn't the question.
The question is: Who is the universe?
You are the universe, we are the universe, and paradoxically we are universes unto ourselves, yet together are the universe at the same time.

Through a simple theory for reality, this is how existence actually exists
In a void of nonexistence, there is only one thing that exists. The word "thing" is used because it makes up everything, so the idea is that it isn't intrinsically a wave/light/particle in identification, but makes these things up as itself to exist. In this model, the one thing is symbolized as "0", because zero is a number which quantifies a count or an amount of null size. An empty set, which has a common notation of "{}" or "
", was not used, because it represents a set with no elements at all, and has a size of zero. Zero may represent the idea of "nothing" or "no quantity," but even then, it is still a number. The undefined void aspect that contains the 0, could be considered to be, and is known as, an already popularized metaphysical label, "All That Is." The term "All That Is," is a very plain and basic appellation denoting a literal definition of all that is. The term "All That Is" has been used in many different books and spiritual teachings, so this label helps make the theory more understandable and familiar to those inclined.
All That Is:
Is the reflection of nonexistence
Is unaware of itself as All That Is
Has no experience unto itself
Contains The 0, enabling The 0 to reflect All That Is to know itself
Is literally "all that is"
The 0 is:
"0", because it defines All That Is, just how a zero defines what is within and what is infinity
The creator of and is time, because time only exists when relative to something and is an illusion
Beyond and is space, because space is a concept of relative positioning within time
Beyond and is all concepts of forces and physical law whatsoever, enabling it to move at infinite speed
Without mass, because mass is just an idea within time and space
A defined reflection of something that is empirically undefined
Existence itself
The closest thing to nonexistence
Aware of itself as all consciousness thus becoming infinity
Of this nature, simply, so anything and everything can be possible and impossible, all in one moment, yet forever
Since this one thing exists inside an infinite void, it therefore becomes everything all at once. The 0 automatically creates infinity just by being defined as 0. In this theory, "infinity" represents a "number line" of realities/probabilities/experiences. The number line is a simplistic representation of the contents within and as infinity. Since the void is undefined, the number line becomes infinity because the 0 then serves as a mirror. The one thing isn't bound by time or space, so it can be at more than one "place" at the same "time." It intersects with itself on different paths simultaneously, creating all realities, "multiverses," and dimensions in existence perfectly. It is perfect because it is infinite, and paradoxically, it therefore by definition contains imperfection, perfectly, as perfection.
Remember that the idea of "time" isn't really applicable, so the thing that creates all is truly so perfect and logical, from a human perspective, it may seem like "wow, this must have been building reality and the universe as we know it for billions of years." But since time doesn't even exist to this thing, if anything, it's like it has been building perfection for an infinite amount of years. In other words, forever and ever. Literally. It is perfection with no real end, or real beginning. It is so perfect, that the end is a beginning, and the beginning is an end, and are the same thing, yet opposite.
The 0, by manifesting infinity, in turn creates itself to be conscious, thus becoming self-aware. It's aware of itself because it is every idea; therefore, being "aware of all" is just another idea that it contains within itself. By definition, it must also contain the experience of the version of itself that isn't aware of all, within the version that does know all. The first reflection of All That Is, from a certain perspective, can be considered to be playing a game, because from the perspective of the first reflection it knows all, paradoxically, something it does not know, is not knowing all.
The first reflection of All That Is uses freewill to experience itself through the eyes of all the infinite forms of consciousness, allowing for an endless amount of individuated experiences
